Arugula Smoothie

Description

This creamy arugula smoothie with banana is sweetened with frozen pineapple and fresh navel oranges.  It’s easy to make and only requires a few ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1  1/2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 ripe banana

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Best served immediately but can be stored for 24 hours.  Give a stir before serving.
