This vibrant and refreshing beet spinach smoothie blends the earthy flavor of beets with a mix of sweet berries, tangy orange, fresh spinach, and whole chia seeds.

- 1 medium raw beet, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 navel orange, peeled
- 2 tablespoons whole chia seeds
- 1 1/4 cups water
Instructions
- Peel the orange, be sure to remove most of the white pith.
- Wash, peel, and slice the beet.
- Add the beet, spinach, frozen berries, peeled orange, chia seeds, and water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Notes
I use beets that are around 4 to 5.5 ounces (113 to 155 grams).
