Blackberry Strawberry Smoothie

Description

A creamy blackberry and strawberry smoothie with spinach that’s ready in minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups dairy-free milk

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  Keep the berries frozen to have a chilled smoothie.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • If using fresh berries, use frozen bananas to have a chilled smoothie.
  • If you are using all fresh fruit it won’t be as thick.  Try adding ice cubes to make it cold (this may dilute the smoothie).
