- 1 frozen banana
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, stirred before measuring
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¾ cup dairy-free milk
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana, dates, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and dairy-free milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust for sweetness and add more milk if you prefer it thinner.
- Best if enjoyed immediately.
Notes
If the dates are not very soft, add them to the blender with the milk and let them soak for about 10 minutes to soften.
