Easy Mango Water

Description

Mango water is an easy and refreshing beverage made with ripe fruit, water, fresh lime juice, and a little bit of sweetener.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped fresh ripe mango (about 2 large mangoes)
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1-3 tablespoons maple syrup, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the diced mango, water, and lime juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and add maple syrup.
  3. Serve over ice or refrigerate for about 1 hour to chill.
  4. If it separates, stir before serving.

Notes

Be sure to use ripe mangoes.

Adjust the sweetener to suit your preference and based on how ripe the mangoes are.
