Description
An easy oil-free oven roasted potato recipe that a makes a great side dish for almost any meal.
Ingredients

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425˚F (220˚C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes.
- Then chop the potatoes into small bite-size chucks.
- Use a silicone mat so the potatoes do not stick to the cookie sheet.
- Add the potatoes to the mat after cutting while they are still damp.
- Add the seasonings to the potatoes and toss them to disperse the seasonings.
- Cook for 35 minutes.
- Stir halfway through to cook them evenly.
Notes
The time may vary depending on how large the potatoes are diced. Slice through one to see if it is done.
