- 2 teaspoons maple syrup

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 to 4 tablespoons ice-cold water, or as needed
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lime juice, maple syrup, salt, garlic powder, and ground cumin.
- Then whisk in water to thin, start with 1 tablespoon at a time, and add more until you reach your desired consistency.
- Then stir in chopped cilantro, taste, and adjust for seasoning.
Notes
How much water you’ll need depends on how thick or thin your tahini is and your desired consistency.
How large a serving size is will vary depending on how much water you add to the dressing. Use a kitchen scale to weigh the dressing then divide the weight into four equal portions.
