Dijon Tahini Dressing

Creamy dijon tahini dressing with only four ingredients, and it only takes 5 minutes to prepare. 


  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoon dijon style mustard
  • 1  1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 2-4 tablespoon water


  1. Whisk together the tahini, dijon mustard, and maple syrup.
  2. Then whisk in two tablespoons of water, add the additional tablespoons of water for a thinner texture 1 tablespoon at a time until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
  3. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  4. The dressing may thicken after being stored in the fridge, add a tablespoon of water at a time to thin out.


Use quality tahini since it's the prominent flavor in the dressing.
