Description
This tropical kiwi mango smoothie is loaded with frozen mango, fresh kiwis, and fresh kale. It is refreshing, sweet, tangy, and only requires three simple ingredients.

- 2 cups frozen mango
- 2 kiwis, ends trimmed and peeled
- 2 handfuls fresh kale or spinach, remove the stem from the kale and tear leaves into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
Peel or don’t peel the kiwi, the skin is edible.
If you substitute fresh mango for frozen, the smoothie will not be chilled and may have a thinner consistency. Start with less water and add more if needed.
