Description
This kiwi mango smoothie is refreshing, tangy, and sweet, made with just frozen mango, fresh kiwi, and kale. It’s a simple, dairy-free smoothie without banana or yogurt.
Ingredients

- 2 cups frozen mango
- 2 kiwis, ends trimmed and peeled
- 2 handfuls fresh kale or spinach, remove the stem from the kale and tear leaves into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
Add liquid slowly if you prefer to control the consistency.
Peel or don't peel the kiwi; the skin is edible.
If you substitute fresh mango for frozen, the smoothie will not be chilled and may have a thinner consistency. Start with less water and add more if needed.
