Description
A sweet, tangy, and refreshing passion fruit mocktail that features strawberries, mint, and sparkling water for a delightful non-alcoholic beverage.

- 2 fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup or cane sugar, add to taste
- 3 fresh mint leaves
- 1/3 cup (39 grams) frozen passion fruit puree, thawed
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup (118 ml) sparkling water
Instructions
- Measure out 1/3 cup of frozen passion fruit puree and then thaw it.
- Add the strawberries and maple syrup (or cane sugar) to a highball glass.
- Use a muddler to crush the ingredients at the bottom of the glass into a mushy liquid blend. Get the strawberry pieces small enough that they will fit through a straw.
- Add the mint leaves to the strawberries and muddle a few times to release the mint flavor.
- Add the thawed passion fruit puree, and add 4 or 6 ice cubes.
- Then add the seltzer water and give it a good stir. To minimize the amount of foam, tilt the highball glass and pour the sparkling water in slowly.
- Garnish with mint sprigs.
Notes
Two medium strawberries or three small strawberries.
If you don’t have a muddler, the end of a wooden spoon works as a substitute.
Always add a sweetener to taste.
