Maple Mustard Dressing

Description

This maple mustard dressing is creamy and easy to make. It's sweet, salty, tangy, and oil-free.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2-3 tablespoons tamari or low-sodium soy sauce (see notes)
  • 2 tablespoon tahini, stir before measuring
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl or liquid measuring cup, whisk all of the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust if needed.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week.

Notes

Use 2 tablespoons of tamari for a sweeter sauce or 3 tablespoons for a more savory flavor.

For a thinner dressing, add a splash of water to thin it out.
