Description

This spicy brown mustard dressing is creamy and simple to put together.  It’s sweet, salty, tangy, and oil-free.  


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2-3 tablespoons tamari or low-sodium soy sauce (see notes)
  • 2 tablespoon tahini, stir before measuring
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl or liquid measuring cup, whisk all of the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust if needed.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week.

Notes

Use 2 tablespoons of tamari for a sweeter sauce or 3 tablespoons of tamari for a more savory sauce.

For a thinner dressing, add a splash of water to thin out.
